To pack a first aid kit for traveling you need only package items from your home in resealable bags and put into a watertight plastic container.

• Cotton swabs
• peroxide
• bandages- all sizes
• alcohol wipes
• gloves
• solarcaine or any 1st aid spray
• tape
• gauze sponges, 2x2, 4x4
• eye pads
• scissors
• triangular bandages
• safety pins
• cotton balls
• notepad and pencil

Please remember to use cold water and ice for a burn; never put a cream or oil base product on it.
